The MetLife DHMO plan provides dental care through a network of dentists. There are no deductibles, plan maximums, or claim forms. You MUST select a dental office from the DHMO network.

The MetLife DPPO plan covers a wide range of dental services. You have the freedom to go in or out of network for care; however you can maximize your benefits and pay less out-of-pocket when you see a dentist in the PPO network.
